Every time I hear the word 'health,’ I feel pressured into a gym session. Can’t health just be enjoying a slice of pizza once in a while?
Why is it that exercise and junk food are at a perpetual standoff in my brain? I love pizza like it's artwork, but gym time feels like punishment.
Is our obsession with healthiness making us more anxious? I mean, there’s balance but everyone seems to have their own take.
I swear, every time I try to eat healthy, I end up dreaming about pizza. Is this a personal flaw?
What if we looked at exercise as a form of fun rather than a chore? I mean, who says running can’t be a dance party on the go? Why not!
