I often question if language shapes culture or if culture shapes the language we speak. What’s the chicken, what’s the egg?
Do we really belong to a specific culture if we’re all borrowing from others? Language feels like one big melting pot of influences.
I find it fascinating how languages evolve from local lingo to global usage. Does that mean our cultures are merging or losing uniqueness?
How come our language shapes our perceptions? It’s insane thinking about how a single word can change everything.
