I've spent years chasing promotions, but sometimes I wonder if climbing the corporate ladder is really what I want.
I wonder if focusing more on meaningful work rather than just climbing the corporate ladder could lead to happier lives.
Sometimes I wish careers were more about finding joy than climbing ladders. Isn’t that what work should really be about?
I’ve been stuck at my job for years and it feels like a failure to not progress. Is stability really more important than chasing dreams?
Got a promotion, but now I’m just managing people who annoy me. Money’s nice but at what cost?
