Why does our happiness sometimes feel like a moving target? You chase it down only to find it is just out of reach.
Chasing happiness seems like a never-ending quest. What if it’s not about finding joy, but rather being content with what we have?
When you chase happiness, do you find it's always just out of reach? Selling you on this idea while keeping you unsatisfied.
Is happiness really just moments strung together? Or is it more about what we do in between these moments?
