I thought education would guarantee job security but now I see it’s just a game of who gets in the right networks.
Education feels like this giant ticket system. You can either buy your way in or get really lucky often, neither feels fair.
An education might get you in the door, but experience often seems to be the real key to success. Why is that?
Is education really about learning or is it more about fitting into molds? The pressure makes it feel like a game sometimes.
These professional networking events are super awkward sometimes. It’s like speed dating for jobs and they never seem to pan out.
