As I age, I find myself missing even the most ordinary routines I had. Why do those little things resonate so much now?
Finding joy in the ordinary has become rarer for me but maybe that's part of the challenge: appreciating small things.
You know that feeling when you realize you've forgotten what you intended to do? Doesn't that happen with aging too?
Why does it seem that the simplest joys (like a warm cup of tea) can become a near-unattainable luxury in the chaos of life?
