Do we romanticize failure a bit too much? I mean, it’s great for resilience, but those bitter lessons can sting a lot.
What’s up with people bonding over failure? Seems to me like a sad badge of honor we wear. Shouldn’t we just be celebrating wins instead?
Failure sucks. But isn't it the best teacher? I just wish we didn’t have to experience it to learn to appreciate the wins.
The whole 'fail fast' mantra sounds great until it hits your bank account. Do we truly celebrate failure in work culture, though?
