Remote work has its perks, but I miss the casual chats by the coffee machine. Why does socializing feel so structured now?
Remote work makes me feel like I have endless opportunities but also feels isolating. I miss the random office chats sometimes.
I’ve often wondered if we’re more productive just by working remotely or if we actually miss all the random office watercooler chats.
Remote work has its perks, like comfy pants, but does the lack of office buzz dull creativity or spark new ideas?
