Sometimes I think about the choices I made for my career and wonder if I’m just chasing titles instead of fulfillment.
Sometimes I wish careers were more about finding joy than climbing ladders. Isn’t that what work should really be about?
I’ve been stuck at my job for years and it feels like a failure to not progress. Is stability really more important than chasing dreams?
Is it just me, or does it feel like career paths are like mazes now? Where's the exit? Still searching for that dream job.
